I wasn’t there for his close-up, and he wasn’t there for my close-up.
“People blamed me for that!”

And besides, you could rewrite the ending if you really want to.
“This is what I tell my fans when they ask me about it now,” says McKellar.
“In my real life, I married, divorced, and remarried.
