This year, they werepretendingnot to be in some sort of bizarre take-home therapy exercise.
Last year, Kim was a damn basket case.
Oh… yeah… same, but now with more violence!

Did you ever imagine this day would come?
Oh and Kim, what a singular disaster she has turned out to be, poor thing.
Then again, after tonights episode, Ive lost a significant amount of sympathy for her.
Might as well start with her.
Of course it wasnt because they hate Ken as does everyone else in Kims life.
Ken sucks, is what Im saying.
Not that you anyone could tell Kim that.
She actually smiled and excitedly shrugged her shoulders at the thought takingthis manpublic.
Perhaps it was the nerves talking (orsomething else), but Kim was in rare form tonight.
Brandi had scarcely entered the door before Kim jumped on her like a rabid Chihuahua.
I swear, she camethiscloseto sticking her tongue out.
Thecoup degracecame when Kim tried to rope her daughter into the scuffle.
Brandis terse (and totally reasonable) response: Im not fighting with children.
NEXT: Down and kicked-out in Beverly Hills
Okay, sothathappened.
On any other night Kim and Brandis face-off would have been the headliner.
No, my friends, this mess isReal-er than Andy Cohen ever intended.
The set-up: After Camillestea party revelations, Russell sent her an email threatening to sue.
hers! And, yeah, maybe it was, but pipe down, crybaby).
What a tragedy it was to watch Taylor and Russell attempt cheery, normal couple conversation.
They wanted so palpably to pretend for a single night they werent on the verge of shattering.
If this were not Kyles party…
There should have been a road side they passed that read,Watch for falling anvils!
All the while, Kyle & Co. were basically plotting Taylors social death.
Not that Kyle wasnt acting like it was the end ofher ownlife in the most self-absorbed way possible.
She literally said at one point, How do you thinkIfeel?!
NEXT: When did Camille turn power player?
Basically, Camille was my hero this episode.
Who knew she had such potential?
Perhaps hindsight made an otherwise off-the-cuff moment greater in my mind, but was that totally creepy or what?
Something tells me they wont be laughing about death in a months time.
But for now, they were cackling away.
Has she slowly become awful this season?
For instance, it seemed mighty convenient that she couldnt get in touch with Taylor to rescind her invitation.
(Taylor was in Vegas not the Congo!)
Well, Kyle, you had a choice.
And you chose to do that.
Andthenyou chose to throw yourself into the limo and weep hysterically at those you just humiliated.
Because this was all about howyoufelt.
And that was the most chilling tell of all.
Not to overstate, but was this the episode when the seeds of Russells suicide were sown?
Obviously his issues went back much farther than this one stupid event.
But, narrative-wise, tonight was the night when everyone took sides and none of those sides were Taylors.
That couldnt have helped their disintegrating marriage.
NEXT: Kevin Lee!
Lest we forget, Dana still exists.
Her big moment this week involved touching Kims boobs.
And, in case you had any hope for Kims children, well… dont.
But did she ever have anicon-offwith Paris Hilton?
Also, the ladies and their families head to HawaiisansArmstrongs.
Of course Brandi in a teeny bikini spikes the others jealousy.
Of course Kim continues to be unnervingly off-kilter.
And of course Taylors drama travels across the Pacific, climaxing in open-mouthed shock from Lisa and Kyle.
Im guessing its the divorce announcement, but well just have to wait six days and see.
What do you think,Housewivesfans?
Do you believe that Taylor didnt know anything about Russells litigation threats?
What about Kyles plentiful tears?
Do you think Kims anger was chemically-induced, or does she simply have a whole lot rage inside her?
What did you make of Adriennes decision to abandon Taylor?
Do you agree that Camille is turning out to be the true power player of the show?
Or do you think shes just letting other people fight her battles for her?
What about Danas continued Homerian odyssey for relevance only this time with 300% more props!
How do you think Taylor and Russell handled themselves at this ambush?
