Sun once again belted her way through all the high notes, bringing the emotion along the way.
The gorgeous set decorations and costumes on the backup dancers didn’t hurt either.
Shoutout to Snow Owls, who bring the adorable duet game week after week, though.
An effort like that deserves a shoutout.
), we finally met Group C, and they sure did bring the party.
That’s not an easy thing to do well, but they spore did nail it.
We’re looking forward to more entrancing performances from this fungi.
Her vocals were perfectly suited to Cline’s song, and really allowed her to showcase her vocal chops.
Her voice has a nice sultry edge to it, and she definitely played that up here.
You glow, girl.
It’s just so hard to resist Sun’s vocals, especially when she switches things up a bit.

Thisepisode didn’t disappoint, and all of the performances were incredible.
In fact, it was one of our favorite episodes yet.
It’s hard to overlook the Sun though for her emotional take on Billie Eilish’s song.
The vocals, which she performed almost entirely a cappella(!
), brought the panelists and EW staffers to tears and gave us full-body goosebumps.
Maybe it’s the fact this is a great group of deserving finalists.
Or maybe it’s because it would be redundant to choose the Sun again here.
It was the perfect way to finish out another season.
