Successionstar Sarah Snook teases big changes for Shiv in season 2

I suppose you could say theres quite a direction change for Shiv, says the actress.

The way Jesse and the writers structured the first season, they laid a really good foundation.

I think in terms of the quality of what season 2 has to offer, its really paying off.

It really takes a turn in some ways.

How is that working out for the couple in season 2?Thats an interesting one.

Its actually a slow-burn throughout the season.

Theres always a tension with the characters.

[Laughs] Yeah.

Shiv is an extremely competent and skilled operator.

[Laughs] That is definitely the case.

I get the impression weve yet to see Shiv at her worst.

Would that be fair?I would say so as well, yeah.

Hes certainly regaining his full capacity.

But I imagine that, whoever is, probably wouldnt hold on to it for very long.

But that also seems too obvious for such a clever show.Yes.

I mean, who knows?
