The Gold House A100 list honors Asian and Pacific Islander (API) professionals who have impacted culture and society.

Simu Liu,Mindy Kaling,Dwayne Johnson, andMichelle Yeohare being honored for their contributions to pop culture along with other Asian and Pacific Islander (API) professionals and organizations across several fields including business, technology, politics, and entertainment (includingEntertainment Weekly’s ownMary Margaret).

The four stars have been named toGold House’s 2022 A100 list, which honors individuals helping drive change, representation, and advocacy in a time whenacts of violenceagainst the API community continues, while big strides are being made (4 of the top 10 movies at the 2021 domestic box officewere led by Asian writer-directors and API artists took home nearly two dozen awards at the 2022 Grammy Awards).

For the first time, Gold House which is the leading Asian and Pacific Islander (API) changemaker community that unites, invests in, and promotes API creative and companies is celebrating the A100 list in-person at an inaugural Gold Gala on May 21.

The gala is in partnership with Meta and Proctor & Gamble and features honorees and presenters including Liu, designer Prabal Guring, actorDaniel Dae Kim, and more.

In addition to the A100 honorees, eight names (all of whom have been on the A100 list at least twice) will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

That list includes South Korean group BLACKPINK, actressGemma Chan, recentGrammy winner H.E.R., andRaya and the Last Dragon’sKelly Marie Tran.
