ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: How did you get the idea to do aTop Modelpodcast?

Jade Cole Cycle 6

SHEA COULEE:I wanted to do a podcast for a really long time.

[I realized] this is what I should talk about forever!

It’s my herstory.

Tyra looks like it’s aware ofDrag Racenow more than ever.

Did you just see her repost Kahmora Hall’s photo on Instagram?

It’s such a full-circle moment.

I attribute many of my modeling skills and abilities to the things I learned from Tyra onANTM.

Now, I walk in Savage X Fenty shows and do Valentino campaigns!

I was going to ask: While walking the runway forRihanna, did you have anyANTM-isms in your head?

All of the Miss J runway lessons!

That’s the power of manifestation.

you gotta activate every muscle in your body!

So, there’s still time.

ANTMis such a unique blend of great reality TV moments, fashion, and queer culture.

Where do you see the, the show’s influence the most?

There was no question, they just did it, and all the girls followed suit.

The makeup artist fromAmerica’s Next Top Model!”

You’re going to have Raja and Peppermint on the show, right?

I think a lot of people forget that Peppermint was also onANTMtoo!

Peppermint was also on an episode!

There’s so much crossover between my sisters fromDrag RaceandANTM.

Do you think the show gave the models real, tangible tools to become real models?

It was the fashion Olympics.

It’s sad to think that those girls didn’t get the opportunities.

[Coulee’s voice cracks] I’m getting emotional.

I looked at those girls the wayDrag Racefans look at us now.

It’s almost the exact opposite today, right?

Do you have any of the models from the show on the podcast?

Yes, I do.

We just finished episode 2 for cycle 2 ofTop Model, and we got Shandi Sullivan!

I’m a huge fan of Shandi, and we had a beautiful conversation.

She’s the first one, but I’m hoping to get many more.

I found out that a friend of mine used to manage her.

He was like, “Whenever you meet her, [you’ll know] she’syourtype of girl.”

I absolutely love her.

I think they did call her a drag queen on the show, too!

I’ve always felt that Jade would fit right in on a season ofAll-Stars.

Jade could be a RuGirl in a second.

If we start casting honorary RuGirls, Jade is the first one!

How did you feel about those moments back then, and how do you feel about them now?

True fans will hold the thing they love accountable instead of blindly supporting it.

Tyra has apologized recently.

We’ve learned, but there’s still something there to discuss.

Don’t even get me started onAustralia’s Next Top Model.

I love Gemma from season 1 and Alice from season 3!

I’m so glad that we’re having this conversation.

The sky is the limit.

Hopefully we can get a whole bunch of other people on the bandwagon and chat about it!
