James Michael Tyler, who played Gunther onFriends, has died at 59.
His manager confirmed to theBBCthat Tyler died on Sunday, peacefully at his home.
“[He] is survived by his wife, Jennifer Carno, the love of his life.”

In June,Tyler revealed he was battling stage 4 prostate cancer.
“It was bittersweet, honestly.
I was very happy to be included.

“My goal this past year was to see my 59th birthday,” Tyler said.
“I did that.
My goal now is to help at least save one life.”
While best known forFriends, his other onscreen credits includeSabrina the Teenage Witch, Showtime’sEpisodes, andScrubs.
