Dr. Sanjay Gupta had to keepJeopardyclues in hotel safe while preparing to guest host

Dr. Sanjay Gupta is revealing the lengths he went to keepJeopardy!clues out of, well, jeopardy.

And it didn’t stop there.

Gupta said he wasn’t permitted to share clues with anyone, not even his wife.

“Even the contestants themselves weren’t certain when they would be called into a new show.

There was a constant and purposeful shuffling of schedules and content to maintain that sterling history of high integrity.

I felt it all around me.”

Gupta also shared that the show was extremely particular about how contestants responded, unsurprisingly.

“I am the son of two engineers.

Facts and data have always filled my life,” Gupta said.

Gupta will be hosting until July 9.
