Fincher added that the tensions had died down by the end ofZodiac’s production and that Gyllenhaal had apologized.
“I dont want to make excuses for my behavior,” the director said.
“There are definitely times when I can be confrontational if I see someone slacking.
People go through rough patches all the time.
So I make a run at be compassionate about it.
And we might not get a chance to come back and do it again.”
