“I was so worried personally about doing justice to the story line of addiction,” Bravo says.
“I didn’t want to glamorize it in any way.”
Despite the film’s weighty subject, Bravo says she and Holland tried to keep things light between takes.
“It’s a very heavy story,” she says.
