After 13 years of living under a conservatorship, the 39-year-old pop icon has been granted her independence.

Under the conservatorship, the pop star released four albums, including 2008’sCircusand her most recent, 2016’sGlory.

He threw another curveball weeks later,filing a petitionto end the conservatorship altogether.
“Our investigation into financial mismanagement and other issues will continue,” he said.
He predicted that those files would “reveal corruption” on the part of Jamie and his lawyers.
And as for his client?
She can do whatever she wants.
She’s Britney, bitch.
And she’s finally free.
